Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can I get my cart delivered?
It depends! Usually most customers receive their cart within one to two weeks of placing a deposit — sometimes sooner. It all depends on our delivery schedule and how many carts are in our queue ahead of you.
How much is delivery?
It varies by state, but for Florida we charge a $195 flat rate that includes delivery right to your driveway.
What financing options are available?
We work with several lenders — including Octane, Dealer Direct, Magwitch, and Synchrony — to offer rates as low as 0% depending on your credit.
Are these street-legal?
It all depends on your state. In Florida, we can make any golf cart street-legal. In other states, it really depends on your local rules and regulations — give us a call and we'll let you know what's possible where you live.
What kind of customizations can I do?
Really, anything you want! Most of our customers go for extra lighting, custom audio, upgraded rims and tires, and custom seats. We've also done full custom paint and powder-coating jobs — if you can dream it, we can build it.
Can I trade in my existing cart?
Yes — we accept trade-ins from anywhere in Florida. Unfortunately, due to shipping costs we can't accept trades from outside the state.
What if something isn't right when my cart arrives?
That's what we're here for. We have three mobile service technicians on the road all over Florida (and beyond) who can get your cart back up and running — whether it's the day of delivery or a couple of years down the road.
