I recently purchased my first golf cart from Jake’s Custom Carts, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Being a first-time cart buyer, I appreciated their straightforward advice and guidance. They helped me understand the options without trying to oversell me, which is always a good way to earn my business. There were some outside circumstances that delayed delivery… issues caused by other vendors, not Jake’s… but they stayed in constant communication and handled everything professionally. What impressed me most was that, near delivery, Jake’s went beyond what I expected and provided some additional items to make up for delays they didn’t even cause. They didn’t have to do that, but they took ownership of the overall customer experience anyway. As for the Dach Apollo 2nd Gen, I couldn’t be happier with it. Zero issues so far. The only problems have been operator-related as I learn the finer points of owning and caring for a golf cart. Apparently they don’t come with a “new owner intelligence package.” Great cart, great communication, and a company that stands behind the customer experience. I would absolutely recommend Jake’s Custom Carts.

I bought this in Virginia without actually going there and they took great steps to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
