I am not very handy! My biggest anxiety of getting of golf cart was some of the horror stories you hear about the golf cart perpetually being out of commission. I had to find a local source that made good on promises and guarantees in the vent. Anything went wrong. Plain and simple, Jake’s custom cards have made everything easy from the first moment. The purchase process was simply the easiest thing. Everything was as promised Or better. We bought the golf cart thinking we were going to be using it X, it turns out we have been using it 3X. Recently, the back up battery was experiencing a minor malfunction. I contacted Jake on his cell and she proactively sent somebody no joke, next morning to the house not to fix, but replace the battery so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. it says something nowadays when people do the right thing and that’s why I am taking the time to write a proper review.
