Lowe's only sells carts that have a max speed of 20 miles per hour. If you want to increase the speed you'll have to find a dealer to tune the cart to increase the max speed to 25mph.
If you want to register the golf cart you buy from Lowe's you'll have to convert your golf cart into an LSV. That process includes having your cart weighed, having a few more accessories installed, and filling out alot of paperwork with the DMV.

Lead Acid Batteries are the cheapest option for your Golf Cart. You can expect them to last about 2-5 years.
The biggest drawback with Lead-acid batteries is they do require regular maintenance. Every month you'll have to check the water level in the batteries, and top them off with distilled water if necessary
AGM is basically a better Lead Acid battery without the maintenance. They're sealed batteries that don't require periodic fill ups
They usually last 3-6 years depending on your usage.
Lithium is our Top Choice for a Golf Cart Battery. They last the longest, about 8-10 years.
They have no maintenance, charge faster, and usually have pretty good warranties.
Lithium batteries usually cost more than the other 2 options up front, but you'll save money in the long run because of how long they last.
